Infosys ID Card Application Process

Steps to Apply for Infosys ID Card:
1.Access Infosys’ Web Apps/Services–
Visit the Infosys portal known as “Infyme”. Once there, look for “Web Apps/Services” on the right hand side and click on it. you will be redirected to New page . this is the web app Services page of the Infosys here you can get a lot of hings like- On Duty, Advanced , Rise, Leave, Work from homework from Office, Book sheet, Claims, Receipt and a lot of things
2. Navigate to the Ambit System
In the search bar of the Web Apps/Services page, type “Ambit” and select Ambit Systems from the suggestions. This will take you to the Infosys Attendance page. Where you will find tabs like my homepage, my data, my finance.
3. Choose “My Data”
Within the Ambit system, locate and select “My Data.”
4. Request for ID Card
Look for the option “Request for ID Card” in the request section and click on it. you can easily find it after clicking my data tab.
5. Provide Details
Now fill in the required information in this page such as company name (Infosys Limited India), location, and reason for requesting the ID card (for example, lost card, damaged card, or initial issue).
6. Select Delivery Method:
Now choose here whether you would like to receive the card from the office or prefer to have it delivered to your address. Note: In some situations (such as during COVID times), delivery to your address may not be possible.
7. Personal Information:
Enter your full name (matching the name in your Outlook), contact number (cellular), and upload a recent, clear photograph without any headwear.
8. Verify Information:
Double-check all the provided details, ensuring accuracy in your name, phone number, and uploaded photo.
9. Privacy Notice
Acknowledge that you’ve read the privacy notice by checking the respective box.
10. Submit Application:-
Click on the “Apply” button to submit your ID card application.
11. Collection:
Wait for a confirmation email stating that your ID card has been processed. Then, collect it from the Infosys office.
